The terms of our lease program are designed for a specific amount of time, and for this reason we are unable to process any modifications or due date changes throughout the life of the lease.
You may sign up for automatic payments, as well as text to pay, by logging on to Bridgecrest.com or by calling Lease Customer Service at 800-813-5883.
You can also pay in person by visiting a CheckFreePay location, such as Walmart or Kmart. Be sure to bring your lease account number with you in order to process your payment correctly.
You must bring the vehicle back to the dealership should you wish to cancel your lease contract.
A limited warranty is included on many major mechanical parts with the engine, transmission, climate/AC, and drive axles; we also pay for oil changes. Please contact your warranty administrator, Aeverex or SilverRock, in order to start a claim. If you are unsure which warranty to have, please contact our Customer Service department at 888-418-1212 and press option 2 and they will be able to assist.
In order to keep your warranty in effect, we require you to ensure there are oil changes every 4,000 miles. They help keep your engine from being damaged.
Please refer to your lease contract for limited warranty details and excluded items.
Your limited warranty also expires after the term of your lease ends or you exceed your allowed miles for your lease term, whichever comes first.
To get your free oil changes, visit your local Sears vehicle center and give them your account number and the last 6 digits of your VIN.
If you do not have a Sears in your area, you may contact your warranty administrator and they can refer you to an in-network oil change location. Aeverex customers can call 888-781-5649 and SilverRock customers can call 877-584-3848.
